1. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
1.1. Data deriving from the User's browsing
These data, through the normal functioning of the Site, are acquired and transmitted implicitly in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but, by its very nature, through processing data held by third parties, could allow Users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users who connect to the Site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's IT environment.
Such data processing and association activities are never carried out by the Data Controller, they are only used to check the correct functioning and are automatically deleted after processing.
1.2. Data voluntarily provided by the User
These data are provided by the User, during the voluntary interaction with the Site, by filling the contacts forms or by e-mail, in order to request information or for any personal purpose. For all the data provided voluntarily, the User expressly authorizes the processing of the data.
3. SOCIAL NETWORK WIDGET
The "social plugins" are buttons on the Site that depict icons of social networks (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and that allow the User to directly interact with social platforms, for example, by sharing content.
4. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing of User data is carried out for the following purposes:
- collection of data voluntarily entered and sent by the User through the compilation of the "contact form" available on the Site, on the Contact page;
- collection of data voluntarily sent by the User by e-mail to the addresses indicated on the Site;
- replying to requests for information;

Data processing will be carried out electronically and automatically, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Personal data processed through the Site will not be disseminated and / or disclosed to third parties, and will be stored at the offices of the server housing service provider, with methods, times and tools to ensure maximum security and confidentiality.
7. PROVVISION NATURE AND REFUSAL TO CONFIRM THE DATA
The provision of personal data by the User, for the purposes mentioned above, is free and optional. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to provide feedback to the messages forwarded or that the interested party intends to forward through the contact form or by e-mail.
8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The GDPR Regulation grants the interested parties a series of rights on their personal data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, we inform you that the Law recognizes to Users the rights set in articles. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 and 82 of the GDPR (eg to obtain confirmation of the existence of your data, deletion of data processed in violation of the law, rectification, opposition to legitimate reasons for their use, etc.).
The Data Controller undertakes to provide feedback within 30 days and, in case of impossibility to comply with these times, to justify the possible extension of the terms provided. The response will be free of charge, except in cases of groundlessness or excessive requests for which an expense contribution, not higher than the costs actually incurred for the research carried out, may be charged.
