OMFA INOX is specialized in hot closed die forging of stainless steel pipe fittings, pipe unions and valve parts used in food and beverages, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. We also forge stainless steel components for automotive, transport, earthmoving, cryogenic and maritime industries.

Since 2015, we have also been forging complex shape products.
Concerning austenitic stainless steel (e.g. AISI 316L, 304L) and duplex stainless steel (e.g. ASTM F51) forged products, we can provide our customers with the certificates 2014/68/UE (PED) and AD2000 W0, W2, W9, W10, W13.
Furthermore, we certificate our products for the maritime industry, according with DNV GL rules for ships.

Diameter up to 240 mm.

Furthermore, we are specialized in hot closed die forging of custom stainless steel components in accordance with customer's drawing and specifications. The study and design of the forging process is assisted by a software for the simulation of the one, in order to identify and prevent any critical issues.
